The tradition
Our wine pays homage to the unspoilt beauty of our land; it is not just a product, but a story of the culture and natural beauty of an island.
The distinctive feature of our strictly hand-picked wine is fermentation on the skins and grape seeds without added yeasts and additives.
An organic cultivation
For every hectare of land, at an average altitude of 220 metres above sea level, there are 4,000 espalier-trained vines, each yielding 1 kg of grapes, which are harvested by hand. Destemmed and gently crushed in the cellar, the grapes ferment and macerate without temperature control or the addition of any yeast, before being pressed to extract only the free-run juice.
